Facility Attendant Kids Zone

Kids Zone Dubai has been a leader in children's entertainment and education since 2009, creating immersive and fun experiences for families across Dubai. We are looking for a Facility Attendant who is the experience. Everything a family sees, touches, plays in, and remembers about Kids Zone is shaped by how well this team does their job. This is the most visible brand representative in the building - a warm, attentive floor team member leaves a lasting impression that no decor ever could. This is not a standing-in-the-corner role. You will be present, engaged, and proactive throughout every shift. What You Will Own: - Child safety and active supervision - maintaining eyes-on coverage of your assigned zone at all times - Zone management - keeping your area as presentation-perfect at 10 PM as it was at opening - Birthday party execution - setting up rooms to spec, assisting during events, and resetting within 30 minutes - Playgroup and programme support - acting as the Educator's assistant during morning sessions - Cleaning and facility maintenance - executing the full cleaning schedule and reporting any faults immediately - Customer interaction on the floor - engaging warmly with children and parents throughout the shift
