Facility Coordinator - Engineering Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Coordinator – Engineering to support daily Hard Services operations within a Facilities Management environment. The role involves coordination of maintenance activities, monitoring of engineering services, and ensuring smooth site operations in line with FM standards and client expectations. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Coordinate day‑to‑day Hard Services maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems

2. Act as a point of contact between engineering teams, vendors, and site management

3. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance works are executed as per schedule

4. Monitor work orders, service requests, and follow up on timely closures

5. Assist engineers and supervisors in site coordination and operational support

6. Conduct routine site inspections and report issues or non‑compliance

7. Ensure adherence to HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company procedures

8. Maintain records for maintenance activities, service reports, and asset documentation

9. Coordinate with subcontractors for planned and reactive works

10. Support client requirements and assist in handling engineering-related queries
