Roles & Responsibilities

Objectives
• Insure for overseeing the efficient delivery of soft services including housekeeping, pantry operation, and general support.
• Managing and coordinating the soft services team to maintain high standard of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure the maintenance and good condition of the buildings and equipment of the offices.
• Supervise the execution of the different Facilities Management contracts.
• Budget control.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily soft services operations (cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, etc.)
• Manage schedules, attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage in all sites
• Monitor consumables and inventory, insuring cost control and timely procurement (restocking all soft services supplies)
• Prepare and submit reports on service quality, incidents and performance metrics
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (including furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations)
• Conduct a regular inspection to ensure compliance with Alstom Health & Safety policies and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate office and parking space allocation
• Keep track for regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
• Support Sourcing team in evaluating new vendors for facility services.
• Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g., suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)
• Collect buffet and office supplies for all Project s offices.
• Create and submit weekly/monthly report of consumptions, maintenance logs, function expenses, etc.]
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of soft facilities operation and management.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks as required.
• AC, Pluming, utilities management, firefighting & Alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems maintenance and surveillance control equipment knowledge is a plus
