Facility Coordinator TRANSCORP INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS L.L.C

We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dark stores and warehouses in the UAE. The role will primarily manage cleaners and security personnel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise cleaning and security staff across facilities.

· Ensure hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards are maintained.

· Conduct regular inspections and report facility issues.

· Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services.

· Support compliance with HSE guidelines.

· Maintain records and assist in administrative facility tasks.

Qualifications:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.

· 3+ years’ experience in facility coordination, ideally in logistics/warehousing.

· Strong supervisory and people management skills.

· Knowledge of HSE practices in the UAE.

· Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

· Mandatory to have valid UAE driving license.
