Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily facility operations at the banking site.
Perform regular inspections for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting).
Coordinate with maintenance teams and service providers to ensure timely corrective and preventive maintenance.
Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to maintenance activities and energy consumption.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support in managing facility budgets, consumables, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with the client (bank representatives) to address facility-related issues promptly.
Participate in audits and inspections as required by the client or management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
1 3 years of experience in Facility Management (preferably within the banking or corporate sector).
Good knowledge of MEP systems operation and maintenance.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks on site.
