Job Purpose

To oversee the maintenance, inspection, and operational efficiency of all assigned properties. The Facility Engineer ensures tenant satisfaction, manages contractors, and maintains compliance with quality, safety, and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to tenant complaints and coordinate maintenance work.
• Conduct inspections of occupied and vacant premises, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Plan, supervise, and document preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage refurbishments, annual maintenance contracts, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with tenants, management, and suppliers for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate reports, quotations, approvals, and asset records.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, civil).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in report preparation and documentation.
• Ability to supervise contractors and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in facility management or maintenance engineering.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and safety regulations
