Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols across all company premises.
- Supervise facility staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and security teams.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues related to building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of facility-related projects, renovations, and expansions.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with management to optimize space utilization and workplace arrangements.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of proven experience in facility management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and vendors.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work on-site and respond to facility needs as required.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capability to supervise and motivate facility support teams.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours in case of emergencies.
- Strong budgeting and resource management skills.
