Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect and diagnose issues, and propose effective repair solutions.
Coordinate and supervise technicians and subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.).
Ensure quality and timely execution of maintenance works.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and cost tracking.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Act as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage and supervise multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) or maintenance management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Receive and schedule maintenance requests from clients.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical).
Proven experience in building maintenance, including finishing works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and aluminum works.
