Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities to ensure smooth functionality and safety.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of technical staff, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored facilities management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare regular reports on facility operations and expenditures.
- Supervise vendor and contractor performance, ensuring service level agreements are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and implement effective contingency plans.
- Continuously assess and improve facilities management processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of proven experience in facilities management or a related engineering field.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience in budget management and cost control.
Ability to analyze and solve complex operational issues.
Commitment to delivering high-quality facilities management services.
