Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to identify and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, adhering to schedules and manufacturer guidelines to extend lifespan and minimize downtime.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to building infrastructure and equipment to maintain a safe and functional environment.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs and projects, ensuring work quality and adherence to safety protocols and budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Technical diploma or relevant maintenance training preferred.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facility or building maintenance, preferably in offices, villas, or hospitality facilities.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious.
