Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand facility management services in offshore markets.

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the international facility management sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to drive revenue growth.

Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and technical departments, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Prepare and present detailed business proposals, reports, and presentations to executive leadership and potential clients.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess business development effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in offshore facility management operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in facility management business development, with a focus on offshore or international markets.

Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large-scale facility management contracts.

Strong understanding of the facility management industry, including market dynamics, trends, and best practices.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Ability to travel internationally as required for client meetings and business development activities.

Proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling business proposals and presentations.

Knows how to do bid writing or write proposals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
