Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities for residential, commercial, industrial properties, and villas.
Plan, schedule, and supervise Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), corrective, and reactive maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
Monitor and maintain MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, elevators, generators, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Conduct routine inspections, asset condition assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to SLA requirements, project specifications, and HSE standards.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Civil Defence requirements, Municipality standards, and company HSE policies.
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff to ensure timely and safe execution of maintenance activities.
Manage procurement-related activities including obtaining quotations, reviewing variation works, processing Material Requests (MR), Purchase Orders (PO), and payment requests through ERP systems.
Support fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, and facility upgrade projects, ensuring quality execution and timely completion.
Respond effectively to emergency maintenance issues and system breakdowns to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization strategies to improve facility performance and operational efficiency.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, service schedules, and project documentation.
Design, review, and coordinate MEP systems for building projects, including preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs where required.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure proper project execution and integration of MEP services.
Conduct site inspections during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover stages to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Provide technical support to clients, management, and operations teams when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MEP specialization preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, MEP maintenance, or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other building services systems.
Familiarity with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) procedures and facility operations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, and ERP systems.
Good understanding of UAE local authority regulations, Civil defence requirements, and HSE standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
UAE driving license is preferred.
