Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
- Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team of maintenance, engineering, and support staff.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of facility services.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments, addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts, and facility documentation.
- Report on facility performance metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in facility management.
- Bachelor degree Engineer
- Demonstrated ability to manage facility operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, building systems, and safety regulations.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site and respond to facility needs as required.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 year of experience in facility management.
