Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate facility staff to ensure high performance and service quality ▪ Assign daily tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor productivity ▪ Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members ▪ Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when needed ▪ Ensure proper staffing levels by managing schedules, leave planning, and shift allocations ▪ Promote a positive and safe work environment that supports teamwork and collaboration ▪ Resolve staff conflicts and handle employee concerns in a timely and professional manner ▪ Facilitate communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders ▪ Support staff development through training opportunities and career growth plans ▪ Enforce workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards among all team members
