Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and control repair costs, aligning with the organization s quality objectives.
Manage and track facility budgets, including forecasting expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors, ensuring work meets required quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve facility issues or potential hazards promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, equipment inventory, and facility documentation for traceability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee the procurement and inventory management of supplies and equipment necessary for facility operations.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure readiness for any facility-related incidents.
Support Quality Objectives: Ensure that facility management activities align with quality objectives, including minimizing downtime and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Participate in Internal Audits: Assist in internal audits by providing documented records of facility operations and maintenance activities.
