Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Keep Property is looking for a qualified and dynamic Facility Manager to join our growing team in Lebanon.


Requirements:


Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (MEP)

Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in facility/property management

Strong technical knowledge in:

* HVAC systems

* Electrical systems

* Plumbing & water systems

* Firefighting & fire alarm systems

* Generators & building infrastructure


Experience managing both:

Hard Services (MEP operations & maintenance)


Soft Services (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.)


Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control


Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, preventive maintenance, and client relations

Proficiency in reporting and operational follow-up


Main Responsibilities:


* Oversee daily facility management operations across assigned properties

* Manage all hard and soft services to ensure high operational standards

* Prepare annual operating and maintenance budgets

* Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs

* Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance implementation

* Supervise technical teams and service providers

* Monitor building systems performance and operational efficiency

* Coordinate with clients, committees, consultants, and contractors

* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
