Location: Oman

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and compliance of medium to large-scale facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage both hard and soft services in line with HSE and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations including MEP services, fire & life safety systems (FFA), soft services, and security.
  • Plan and oversee repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Supervise grounds maintenance ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and local regulations.
  • Manage sub-contractors, vendors, and service contracts, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Operate and maintain CMMS systems for asset tracking and maintenance reporting.
  • Support leasing operations, coordinate tenancy and facility needs.
  • Oversee preparation/review of BOQs for minor works and secure client approvals.
  • Monitor budgets and cost control to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence in high-demand environments.

Qualifications & Certifications


  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred:
    • IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
    • Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
    • NEBOSH/IOSH (for HSE-focused roles)
    • PMP (for project management-focused roles)
  • Proficiency in CMMS software.
  • 5 10 years experience managing medium to large-scale facilities or multi-site operations.
  • Familiarity with the Oman market and local service providers is an advantage.
