We are urgently hiring for our esteemed client in Oman.

Position: Facility Manager
Location: Oman
Joining: Immediate

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications preferred: CFM / FMP / NEBOSH / IOSH / PMP
5 10 years of proven experience in facilities management (medium to large-scale operations)
Strong knowledge of CMMS software
Experience in MEP, Fire & Life Safety, Soft Services, Security, and HSE compliance
Vendor/Sub-contractor management & BOQ preparation
Exposure to high-demand sectors (banking, healthcare, industrial)
Oman market knowledge is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee facility operations, preventive maintenance, and upgrades
Ensure compliance with HSE & regulatory standards
Manage budgets, cost control, and service delivery
Build & maintain strong client and vendor relationships
