Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Facility Manager to look after our service contracts for multi projects, representing our company to our clients who have Commercial Buildings, Office buildings, Malls, Hospitals, Warehouse etc). He will be responsible for managing service delivery for both Hard and Soft Services through assigned supervisors for each project to accomplish best service to our clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, or industrial engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Ability of conducting failure analysis and writing required technical reports.
- Ability to Manage a team of junior engineers and facility supervisors, asessing thier performance, defining capability gaps, and designing a development plan for each.
