Job Title Facility ManagerQualifications Graduate / Diploma
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilitiesEnsure safety, security, and compliance with regulationsManage facility staff and coordinate work schedulesMonitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programsCoordinate with vendors and service providers for facility needsPrepare reports on facility operations and maintenance
Requirements:
