Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure facility is fully operational, with all utilities working properly.

Ensure the club and all equipment are always well maintained, clean, safe, and compliant with standards.

Conduct daily inspections to maintain a clean and safe work environment for members.

Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.

Ensure club compliance with health and safety legislation, including hazardous substances, fire safety, and first aid certification.

Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.

Prepare weekly report of facility activities.

The employee must perform any other job-related tasks, as required by his/her direct manager.

Oversee contractors and maintenance of the facility.

Response to raised maintenance and repair tickets in proper and defined timing.

Follow-up on any project executions related to facility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor in engineering or similar fields.

  • Valid SCE membership.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
