Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
-        Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all company facilities.

-        Coordinate team travel arrangements, both domestic and international, overseeing tasks such as travel requests, transportation, accommodation, passport and visa applications, local logistics, and providing emergency assistance.

-        Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

-        Collaborate with relevant departments to address facility-related needs.

-        Optimize the utilization of office space based on organizational needs.

-        Plan and execute office reconfigurations or relocations as necessary.

-        Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facility-related services.

-        Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

-        Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

-        Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

-        Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company assets and personnel.

-        Oversee access control systems and protocols.

-        Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

-        Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.



Requirements
-        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.

-        Proven experience in facility management or a related role.

-        Excellent proficiency in English.

-        Proficient in Microsoft applications.

-        Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.

-        Strong organizational and project management skills.

-        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-         Exceptional Analytical Skills.

-        Effective Suppliers Relationship Management

-         Skillful Planning & Organizing

-         Outstanding time management and prioritization capabilities

-         Sharp attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
