Conduct facilities assessments across various engineering disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and DDC controls).

Ensure smooth operations and a safe building environment.

Assist in employee relocations and office setup. Coordinate and oversee vendor activities within the facility. Implement visitor procedures and setting up in-house events.

Review and verifying invoices.

Track lease termination dates.

Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.

Test building security systems and promote safety within the building.

Supervise cleaning crews and maintenance workers. Arrange cabin crew staying in different hotels and compounds.

Receive and handle complaints filed by flyadeal guests regarding the accommodation.

Communicate with hotels and compound to resolve complaints and for the assurance of better services.

Document processes and keep maintenance records.

Monitor maintenance budget spending.

Develop better processes and procedures.

Undertake any other administrative, reception or general duties which may be required in line with business need.
