Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Mission:
Enable Murex to achieve its strategic objectives by driving the creation of capabilities and fostering operational excellence in product development.
Your responsibilities
-
Establish and maintain centralized governance for factory deliveries, ensuring transparency in work-in-progress, investment allocation, and delivery predictability and efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement of factory standards, practices, methodologies, and tooling to enhance performance and scalability.

Promote and sustain operational excellence across all delivery processes.

Own and manage the epic backlog, overseeing the full lifecycle of epics from initiation to closure, including readiness assessments.

Lead the corrective maintenance delivery process, ensuring proper management of related objects and their lifecycle.

Provide comprehensive reporting with quantitative and qualitative analysis on key performance indicators, including:

Investment allocation and resource utilization within the factory.

Delivery health of epics, corrective maintenance, corporate enablers and enhancements at team, train, and global levels.

Define and set targets and objectives for the factory for current and future periods.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Value Flows, Domains, Agile trains and RM to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Identify and address impediments that hinder deliveries or slow execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in project management or consulting within a technology-driven business environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, French is a strong advantage.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and prioritization capabilities to handle multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Cultural Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with efficient problem-solving skills.
Technical & Methodological Knowledge: Ability to broaden and deepen expertise in both technical and project management practices.
Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in leading process optimization, solution development, and project execution.
Reporting & Analytics: Skilled in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor performance; experience in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe framework) is a plus
