Job Summary

The Factory Director at Purity is responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities, and ensuring sufficient resources are available, to meet desired production outcomes and performance standards at required quality levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the production activities while optimizing resources and putting in place a production process for better productivity effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate production practices for better production process monitoring, production problems identification, and improvement measures application.
• Champion budget, analyze data, costs, and other production metrics, and prepare/review production progress reports to ensure production objectives (performance, quality, safety, finance) are met and to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality management standards, also with the relevant legal framework.
• Liaise with different stakeholders senior management for leadership matters, finance for budgeting and costs, R&D for quality management, customers, suppliers, etc. for better factory representation.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
