Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Outputs:

  • M&I Plan for the maintenance operations costs and analyze the historical data and forecast the close future inputs to get an accurate figures for the expenses, to guide the maintenance team for the expense on time basis, and this is linked to the DF.
  • Build Engineering Capability: Ensure the alignment of the engineering resources with the business objective and strategies to meet the requirements in each area and to cover any competency gaps which in turn will ensure that engineering community plays their role in compliance with other functions needs with clear and open communication
  • Technical Store, ensure the availability of the right items with right quality and desired quantities for each spare parts, besides, linking the spare parts with the correct assets to define the reorder level, to ensure suitable working capital cost and will also score the engineering KPI's
  • Supports and ensures the implementation of Asset Maintenance and TPM-PM to deliver Asset Intensity/ EUPS to meet business requirements. Ensures maintenance expense control by budgeting and routinely reviewing expenditure.
  • Manage Existing assets (Asset Structure)
  • Monitors and ensures the management of capital expenditure. Ensures and performs the implementation of Project Foundations throughout the preparation and execution of all capital and industrialization projects.

Required Experience

  • Hold a BSc degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in a technical field (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions) for 5+ years.
  • Participation in a Factory Engineering College and TPM-PM Basic workshop
  • Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a larger group.
  • Proven track record in delivering results through others.
  • Management exposure across several functions.
  • Successful in leading projects involving different departments or functions.
  • Leading / implementing change.
  • Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques. Implementation experience of NCE/TPM and/or LEAN.
  • Participation in the development of engineering projects >3 MSAR. as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies, and both, the mechanical and E&A areas)
  • Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) (preferably including industrial services supply)
  • Self-management following defined KPIs / objectives, and proactively tracking them.
