Role & responsibilities
The ideal candidate brings in a minimum of 15 years of experience and has a proven record in manufacturing sector leadership. The candidate will possess deep expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control preferably in the consumer electronics or high-tech sector.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; a master s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing complex supply chains and global manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master s degree in business administration or a related field (optional).
- Experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
- Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems.
