Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles (MCV)

Take charge in the maintenance of machinery and equipment

Analyze the equipment maintenance structure, look into equipment and machinery failures,

Assess the needs for spare parts and equipment replacements,

Report on all safety hazards, and evaluate alternatives.

Make scheduled checks on machinery and parts

Find and fix faults and recalibrating instruments

Oil and clean machinery and parts

Overhaul and replace parts according to schedule

Respond immediately to machinery breakdowns

Conduct periodic maintenance checks

Investigate equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out.

Fulfill additional tasks when required.

Bachelor degree of Engineering preferable production

0-3 Years of Experience.

A thorough understanding of manufacturing systems, machinery and processes

Good technical background

Good English language

Self motivated, Decision maker, & accurate.

Very good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure.

High negotiation skills

Experience with electrical systems,

Understand tooling types and requirements.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of various software programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and AutoCad.
