Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

-Maintain accurate records of production data, staff attendance, and inventory.

-Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams.

-Support implementation of safety and quality standards.

-Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, correspondence, and meeting coordination.

-Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

-Bachelor s degree or diploma in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

-1 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
