Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the aluminum non-stick cookware coating line, ensuring safe and efficient production processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, technicians, and operators to achieve production targets and maintain strong team morale.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food-grade and non-stick coating standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, optimize equipment performance, and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for higher efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the facility.
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to secure timely availability of raw materials and delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and expenditures to senior management.
- Manage budgets effectively and control operational costs.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, process innovations, and best practices in aluminum coating and non-stick production.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 7 10 years experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably within the cookware or home appliances industry.
- Proven expertise in managing non-stick coating lines or similar industrial coating processes (Powder Coating / Aluminum Coating).
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with product standards.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing production data/metrics and driving process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of performance and quality.
