Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Wood Work / Joinery work
Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely, while maintaining high quality standards.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Manage workforce scheduling and training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular audits of production processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.
A minimum of 10years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, showcasing a proven track record of operational excellence.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality methodologies to demonstrate expertise in process optimization.
Experience in working within the specific industry of interest, such as automotive, electronics, or consumer goods, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific challenges.
