Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and production staff.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all factory processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to meet production targets.
Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational savings.
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.
Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics for senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 15 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations
Basic leadership or supervisory experience
Good understanding of production processes and safety standards
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
