Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of office furniture and interior products.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and high performance.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of product excellence.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and logistics teams to streamline workflow and resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on output, efficiency, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
  • Maintain and schedule preventive maintenance for factory machinery and equipment.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance productivity and product quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical).
  • 10+ years manufacturing experience, 3+ years in similar position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and production KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
