Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery time.
- Develop and implement production plans and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve productivity and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate factory staff and supervisors.
- Coordinate with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, including managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Textile, or a related field is preferred.
