Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the factory to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage factory staff, including engineers, technicians, and production workers.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet business targets and customer demands.
  • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum productivity and minimal waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all factory operations.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Analyze production data and generate regular reports on performance, output, and improvement areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Manage factory budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align factory goals with overall business objectives.
