Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage, train, and motivate manufacturing teams to achieve operational and quality targets.
Implement manufacturing strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Control departmental budgets, resources, and production costs.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while meeting safety and quality standards.
Maintain strong coordination with cross-functional teams and act as the main technical advisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
Knowledge of ISO and quality standards, project management, and MS Office.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
