Roles & Responsibilities
Required for Plastic Packaging manufacturing factory-Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a secure working environment, minimizing risks and accidents.
Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with hands-on knowledge of production processes in a plastic packaging manufacturing factory
Proven track record in leading teams, showcasing strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and experience in implementing continuous improvement strategies.
