Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the steel rebar cut & bend factory.

  • Ensure production targets are achieved as per project and customer requirements.

  • Monitor factory productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.

  • Implement production planning and scheduling for smooth factory operations.

  • Oversee rebar cutting, bending, tagging, bundling, and dispatch activities.

  • Ensure production is carried out as per the approved BBS and drawings.

  • Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery.

  • Monitor raw material availability and stock levels.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.

  • Manage production supervisors, operators, technicians, and workers.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.


Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of rebar cut & bend operations and BBS interpretation.

  • Experience in CNC rebar processing machines and factory automation.

  • Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing KPIs.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Xpedeon, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards in manufacturing.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

  • Additional certifications in Operations Management or Manufacturing will be an advantage.
