Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Factory Operational Technology Manager, you are at the heart of the site's industrial digital transformation, ensuring the deployment, performance and evolution of OT technologies.
Main missions
1. Deployment & management of OT technologies
- Ensure the deployment of OT solutions on the industrial site
- Managing LISL projects in automation, robotics and digitalization
- D. Declining the group's OT roadmap at the local level
2. Industrial Data Management & Edge Layer
- Mastering, implementing and leveraging the edge layer (data & applications)
- Structuring and maintaining industrial data models
- Ensuring data availability and quality
3. Connectivity & IT/OT infrastructure
- Monitor the connectivity of industrial equipment
- Participate in the management and evolution of the infrastructure (networks, servers, ILAN)
- Ensuring cybersecurity and system performance
4. Industrial performance & innovation
- Optimize facilities through innovative solutions (automation, AI, vision, cobots)
- Propose and implement technical improvements
- Contributing to the digitalization of industrial processes
5. Deployment of standards & applications
- Implement the group's industry standards (OPC UA, PackML, ISA)
- Deploying industrial third-party applications
- Participate in the creation of specific solutions
6. Documentation & Skills Transfer
- Keep the technical documentation up to date (schemas, programs)
- Train local teams in new technologies
- Supporting the skills development of the teams
7. Management & Coordination
- Monitor the performance KPIs of the perimeter
- Collaborating with the IT, maintenance, production and quality teams
- Participate in the group's technical expertise groups
Desired profile
Automation, industrial computing, or equivalent engineer with 4 years of successful experience in an industrial environment. You are proficient in automated systems, IT/OT environments, and technical project management. Comfortable in complex contexts, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical skills. With excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and are motivated by the challenges of innovation and industrial digital transformation.
Desired Candidate Profile
