Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the joinery production process, ensuring efficient workflow and minimal waste to maximize output.
- Manage and coordinate a team of joiners, providing clear instructions, training, and performance feedback to maintain high-quality craftsmanship.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the production process, inspecting finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Schedule production activities, managing material inventory, and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Wood Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications in joinery or woodworking, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
Demonstrates 5 +years of progressive experience in joinery production, with a focus on factory settings.
Exhibits a deep understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and machinery, including CNC routers and panel saws.
