Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end factory operations and production planning
2. Lead teams of carpenters, painters, upholsterers, and machine operators
3. Ensure high-quality production standards and timely project delivery
4. Optimize productivity, material utilization, and operational efficiency
5. Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and logistics teams
6. Implement quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
7. Oversee equipment maintenance and factory safety standards
8. Monitor production KPIs, costs, and performance reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred candidate profile
7-10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or joinery production
Strong knowledge of woodworking, furniture assembly, finishing, and upholstery
Experience with CNC machinery and factory production workflows
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 30-100+ employees
Ability to read technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
ERP and production planning software experience is an advantage
