Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain machinery with precision to ensure optimal production output and minimize downtime.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance, identifying defects or inconsistencies and reporting them to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, enhancing efficiency through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, providing foundational knowledge in basic mathematics and problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally spanning at least 2 years to demonstrate familiarity with production processes.
  • Proficiency in operating specialized machinery, showcasing technical skills necessary for efficient production.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
