Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced faculty member to deliver the Project Management module for our Executive MBA

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live online lectures as per the predefined curriculum and academic schedule

• Teach core concepts of project management, including project lifecycle, planning, execution, monitoring, risk assessment, quality management, and project closure

• Facilitate case-study discussions and practical learning activities relevant to real-world business scenarios

• Encourage student participation through interactive classroom engagement and discussions

• Provide professional and structured session delivery suitable for Executive MBA learners

• Utilize the teaching materials, presentations, and resources provided by the institution

• Maintain punctuality and adherence to the academic calendar and session timelines

• Address learner queries and support conceptual understanding during the module duration

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Project Management, Management

• Prior teaching or training experience in higher education, corporate training, or executive learning programs

• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and business operations

• Excellent verbal communication and online presentation skills

• Ability to conduct engaging and professional virtual classroom sessions
