Faculty SOB – Public Administration Horizon University College

Job Objective:

Horizon University College seeks a dynamic and motivated faculty member for Lecturer, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professorto teach undergraduate in School of Business specialization in Public Administration. All faculty members are expected to teach and contribute to curriculum development, pursue high-quality research, and actively engage in community service to the school and the institution.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Develop and Teach Courses: Deliver engaging courses that align with program objectives and learning outcomes. Contribute to curriculum design by creating new courses and updating existing ones to reflect advancements in the field.
• Innovative Teaching and Student Engagement: Foster an interactive learning environment through experiential learning opportunities, real-world applications, and innovative teaching methods.
• Research and Scholarly Activities: Conduct impactful research in the field, resulting in peer-reviewed publications and pursuit of external funding opportunities.
• Student Mentorship: Provide academic and professional guidance to students, supporting their development and career readiness.
• University Service: Participate actively in school and institutional community service activities, such as committee work, student advising, and outreach initiatives, etc.
