Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Fairmont Gold & Residences, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Fairmont s luxury service standards

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Manage guest and residence owner relations, ensuring exceptional service experiences while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion

Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards that enhance efficiency while maintaining the luxury lifestyle experience expected by our guests and owners

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including guest satisfaction scores, operational efficiency, and financial performance

Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets

Coordinate with Rooms, Concierge, Butler Service, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a personalized guest journey

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local Saudi Arabian requirements

Conduct staff training and development programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service

Implement tailored services and lifestyle programs for residence owners and long-stay guest

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality operations

Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing exclusive lounges, clubs, or residence facilities

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in upscale hospitality environments

Demonstrated expertise in guest relations and delivering exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clientele

Strong operational and financial management skills, including budget management and cost control

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly preferred

Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality technology platforms

Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in addressing operational challenges

Experience with event coordination and customized guest programming

Familiarity with Fairmont service standards and luxury brand positioning is preferred

Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and cultural considerations is advantageous
