Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Personal and Family Coordination
- Manage calendars, appointments, and family schedules, ensuring smooth daily coordination and alignment.
Travel and Logistics Management
- Coordinate all personal and family travel, including itineraries, documentation, and logistical arrangements.
Administrative Oversight
- Maintain organization and continuity of personal documents, financial instruments, memberships, and other essential administrative matters.
Household Coordination
- Coordinate with household staff and service providers to ensure all residences operate smoothly and are properly maintained.
General Support and Special Projects
- Assist with personal projects, events, and other matters requiring organization, follow-up, and execution.
Role Objective
To ensure that all personal and family affairs operate seamlessly, allowing the Principal and family to focus fully on their priorities with confidence and peace of mind.
