Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-The candidate will be directly in charge of the farm completely
-This includes greenhouse development and maintenance, irrigation, and cooling fans
-Plant production cutting and pruning
-In charge of 15 employees
-Making sure that orders of showroom and landscaping are satisfied and done in a timely manner
-Counting damages and reporting them directly
Desired Candidate Profile
-Must prove to us that they are aware of plant diseases ahead of time and have a keen eye to any plants that will not survive in the area to avoid waste loss
-Experienced in bougainvillea production
-Experienced in ornamental plant production
-Must have more than 3 years of experience in managing a farm
