Responsibilities
Lead and manage the quality assurance section focused on fruit trees
Develop quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards
Coach and train team members to enhance performance and skills
Analyze quality data to identify issues and drive improvements
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements
Graduate from Faculty of Agriculture
7-10 years of experience, especially with fruit trees
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead, coach, train, and follow up a wide team
Data analysis driven with timely planning orientation
Detailed reporting skills
