Fashion Designer (Kuwait)

Amaken is seeking a talented Fashion Designer specialized in luxury womenswear and modest fashion to high end women s clothing store located in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for a designer who can manage the full design process from initial concept to final production while ensuring high-end quality and strong commercial appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Abayas, Kaftans, Couture, and Ready-to-Wear pieces aligned with luxury standards
• Develop seasonal collections and capsule drops based on brand direction
• Create mood boards, concepts, and color palettes for each collection

Technical Design & Materials:

• Prepare detailed sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications
• Select fabrics, trims, embroidery, and accessories suitable for luxury garments
• Ensure all designs are feasible for production while maintaining design integrity

Production & Execution:

• Coordinate closely with production teams, tailors, and suppliers
• Follow up on sample development and ensure timely completion
• Attend fittings, review garment quality, and supervise alterations
• Ensure final products match design vision and quality standards

Market Research & Commercial Focus:

• Stay updated on trends in modest and luxury fashion, especially in GCC markets
• Adapt designs to meet client preferences and market demand
• Ensure designs are both creative and commercially viable

Brand Alignment:

• Maintain consistency with the brand s identity, aesthetics, and quality standards
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the brand s position in the luxury segment
