Job Description

As a Digital Learning Intern, you will be at the forefront of advancing our Europe Strategy by designing, delivering, and monitoring innovative digital learning experiences for our retail teams. You will play a key role in animating teams, fostering community engagement, and ensuring our blended learning activities are impactful and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design bespoke Digital Learning experiences (IFL) tailored to boost the expertise of our retail teams.
  • Create and/or adapt the Europe Digital Learning roadmap (IFL Monthly Programs) in line with evolving objectives.
  • Proofread and refine translations for all new learning modules to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Imagine and create compelling content and initiatives to foster engagement among local retail teams.
  • Develop and implement creative editorial calendars for community management.
  • Organize events (virtual or in-person) to unite and energize the retail learning community.
  • Collaborate closely with Boutique Learning Managers and Learning Managers to gather and analyze learning KPIs (IFL, presential sessions).
  • Collect and report on digital and blended learning KPIs to sustain and grow learning habits across all boutiques.
  • Prepare actionable KPI reports to support data-driven decisions and demonstrate learning impact.


Operations


  • Manage and track all sample movements for the Fashion Division, including daily updates to digital systems.
  • Conduct biannual inventory checks, oversee sample exit processes, and report findings to Finance.
  • Handle new sample deliveries, barcoding, and integration into FGPS.
  • Coordinate sample care, including dry cleaning, repairs, and logistics support for training and events.
  • Organize and maintain the Fashion School, stock room, and support the setup of VM window displays.
  • Assist with sample inventory for Marketing projects and distribute weekly Fashion communications.
  • Address COUPA issues and escalate concerns to the Finance team as needed.

In this role, you will design and deliver made-to-measure digital learning experiences, constantly innovating to keep content fresh and relevant for our retail teams. You will engage and motivate teams through creative community management, dynamic editorial calendars, and interactive events. Collaborating with colleagues across the region, you ll collect and analyze learning data to identify new opportunities, ensuring our learning activities remain vibrant and impactful.

Essential Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Creativity and passion for digital learning and community engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (multilingual proficiency a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
  • Must be proficient with using PIVOT tables and converting data into insights
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
